Floods and Mud

Midwest finesse anglers in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas have been plagued by floods and muddy reservoirs for weeks on end this spring and summer.

Steve Reideler of Lewisville, Texas, has reported on the Finesse News Network for more than a month that several of the reservoirs that he fishes in north-central Texas, such as Lake Texoma, Lake Ray Hubbard, Lake Ray Roberts, Amon Carter Reservoir, Lake Bridgeport, Lake Grapevine, Lake Levon, Joe Pool Reservoir, Lake Worth, and Lewisville Lake, are flooded and closed to boat anglers. And the ones that are not closed are muddy and the fishing is often problematic.
